What you want
- At least five years of product design experience with a leadership role
- Deep understanding of user research, usability testing, and design thinking
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Experience mentoring and leading a team of designers
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing)
