LABGO brings diagnostics to the patient instead of the other way round. A blood sample is collected at home, a scan is booked at a nearby centre, the report comes back to the phone, and a doctor can be consulted on the same app.

The problem

Getting a routine test done still means travelling to a lab, waiting, coming back for the report, and then finding a doctor to explain it. For elderly patients, for working families and for anyone managing a long-term condition, that is the reason tests get postponed.

What we built

Five mobile apps and one web console, all on a single system:

• Patient app - book blood tests for home collection, book scans by slot at a partner diagnostic centre, buy combined health packages, add family members to one account, and read every report in one place.
• Field staff app - one app with three roles. A phlebotomist accepts a collection job nearby and follows it through to the lab; a medical shop's own delivery person and a LABGO delivery rider use the same app to deliver medicines.
• Medical camp app - for staff running health camps at companies and institutions, where hundreds of samples are registered in a single morning.
• Doctor app - appointments, video consultation, digital prescriptions and access to the patient's past reports, with the patient's consent.
• Pharmacy app - a medical shop receives a prescription order, confirms what is in stock and hands it to a rider.
• Admin console - the operations team manages the test catalogue, prices, slots, partner centres, dispatch and the daily workload.

Around those sit the details that make it usable: report trends over time so a patient can see whether a value is improving, test suggestions and reminders, and a full personal health record for the whole family.

Technology

Five React Native apps and a Next.js admin console over an existing Node, Express and MySQL system. Login is by mobile OTP with role-aware screens; money is handled in whole paise; the first roll-out is planned for Visakhapatnam.
